X-Ray System : R/F System

TU-51 Features

TU-51 Image

    Flexible

  • Large Sliding Mechanism of Imaging System
The system enables examination of various areas such as laryngeal area to chest and abdominal areas, and positioning for imaging can be made easily.
  • Effective in Esophageal Imaging
Incorporated high-speed serialographic function of approx.2 images/sec. allows best-timed esophageal imaging.
  • Utilisable to Chest Imaging
Swiveling function of X-ray tube unit allows chest imaging maintaining sufficient distance.
  • Easy Feeding-in of Contrast Medium
Large trendelenburg angle of 30° facilitates feeding-in of barium with patient in prone position which is necessary for stomach front wall imaging.

    High Quality

  • Possible to Make Exact Observation of Dynamic Function
Adoption of high-definition CCD X-ray TV camera allows providing stable images with less stain, distortion or motion blur.
  • Small focal spot X-ray tube provides sharp fluoroscopic and radiographic images.
  • Equipped metal I.I. realised high resolution.
  • Adoption of unique vacuum-tight contact method together with Hitachi's unique vacuum-tight method film holder intensifying screen allows providing high-sharpness images without air gap nor loose contact.

    Soft & Compact

  • This R/F table is light-weight and compact for installation even in a narrow space.
  • Smooth and quiet table tilting and imaging system movement. Friendly movement to examinees.
  • Adopted groove-less flat tabletop enables easy cleaning, always keeping the system neat. Easily detachable shoulder pat and overhead grip designed for ease.

TU-51 with DR Features

TU-51 with DR Image

  • Moving stroke of 76cm (51cm ~ 127cm from tabletop edge) of the imaging system allows a wide range of fluoroscopy and radiography without moving examinee.
  • Table tilting from vertical position (approx.90°) to Trendelenburg (approx.-30°) facilitates feeding in of barium to examinee in prone position. In addition, high-speed motion of 15sec/90° improves examination efficiency.
  • 14 x 17 inch cassette imaging mechanism is equipped as standard. It is useful particularly in these examinations such as plain abdominal imaging and orthopedics area imaging which require a wide viewing range.
  • Two kinds of image intensifier (I.I.) are available: 13-inch (approx.33cm) large FOV type with high resolution and high contrast and 9-inch (approx. 23cm) type.
  • One-million pixel CCD camera incorporated in the image inputting area secures a wide dynamic range required in digestive tube examination.
  • High-speed CPU and Windows adopted in the image processing unit provides easy-to-understand PC-like operational environment.
  • Hitachi's unique automatic optimum image output processing (Dynamic γ) which is aimed at providing digital image with higher quality than that of film is incorporated. Therefore, every image is displayed in optimum condition according to diagnosing purpose.
  • Taken image is transmitted automatically both to magnetic disc and DVD-RAM for safety. RAID 1method, which records image data in parallel in 2 units of magnetic discs adopted in the magnetic disc particularly, secures high reliability.
  • In order to display the images taken in the past rapidly and easily, the objective images can be searched using 4 kinds of keyword. Keywords are:
      (1) Examinee's name
      (2) Examinee's ID
      (3) Date of examination
      (4) Body area to be imaged

  • The image displayed on the monitor of DR system can be converted to Windows format for general use and outputted. The system is compatible with the electronic medical record which will be popular in future.

TU-130 with DR Features

TU-130 with DR Image

TU-130 with DR was developed gathering all Hitachi’s advanced technologies and ideas. The birth of this DR-exclusive system has enabled compatibility between high image quality and low cost. R/F table has been minimised in size and enabled easier access to examinees.

The system offers higher diagnostic accuracy and easier operability in addition to greater reliability and better economic performance.

    R/F Table

  • Controller of R/F table Controller of the table is incorporated into the main body so as to minimise the installation space.
  • Tabletop is made of carbon fiber so that highly clear image can be obtained.
  • Imaging system can be moved so that the imaging center moves in the range of 43cm from the head-side edge of tabletop and to 64cm from footrest and so a wide range of fluoroscopic applications such as endoscopic examination and bronchography can be performed.
  • Compression cone is of foldable type and its maximum compression power is set to approx.80Newtons.
  • Tabletop can be tilted from vertical position to 45°Trendelenburg.
  • Grooveless flat table facilitates cleaning in case barium is spilt.
  • Combination with tabletop movement allows further wide range examinations.

    DR System

  • Systems can be constructed such as Clavis series which pursues high image quality and high operability. A system for independent single use up to PACS system can be constructed.
  • Ultra-high image quality and simple operation are compatible in a system combining a full-digital system with high performance digital radiographic system Clavis series. A high quality digital image which enables precision digestive tube examination in place of film can be obtained.
  • Clavis series are in compliance with DICOM network, and proceed net working of image information. In addition, an image diagnosis/reference viewer NV1000/Clavis View Light is available.
